Today we received a letter from Monetaria LLC, writing on behalf of Emerald Group Holdings LLC. The notice is a UCC lien claim naming “Altomonte LLC d/b/a Rossini by Chef Rocco” and “Altomonte II LLC,” referencing a merchant cash advance agreement and alleging an outstanding balance of $15,766.56. It requests that we hold your account and redirect payments to them.

To be clear: we have not acted on this letter, and we have made no changes to your Dinevate account or any payment/disbursement settings. We do not place holds or redirect funds based on an unverified third-party demand, and we wanted to make sure you heard about this directly from us.
